A long stretch of cultivated land leads us to this charming country house, where the two geese stand guard.
The main body of the property includes on the first floor the country house's main flat, consisting of a large living room with fireplace, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, study and three bedrooms, the main one with its own bathroom. This floor covers 164 square metres. On the ground floor, 68 square metres are occupied by offices, service and technical rooms for the accommodation facility, while the remaining 96 square metres contain a kitchen-living room and bathroom for shared use, with a welcoming entrance portico, and a flat on this side with private entrance.
