Interesting sky-earth solution in the historic center of Arcevia

Interesting sky-earth solution in the historic center of Arcevia, in good structural condition, immediately habitable with few works. It retains traditional typological and construction features, wooden floors and terracotta floors, very nice.
The house has an independent entrance and development on three floors + attic, the rear windows on the first floor have a panoramic view of the valley.
From the entrance on Via Comunale you enter the mezzanine floor divided into dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. An internal staircase leads to the first floor organized with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a second bathroom.
The attic served by a comfortable staircase has an area (about half the surface) with an accessible height, the rest is attic.
On the ground floor there is a small garage with a driveway door from the municipal road for a small car, and characteristic cellars in the basement also accessible from an internal staircase.
It does not have a heating system but there is a predisposition for connection to the methane network, the electrical system working but outdated, the hydraulic system to be reviewed.
The windows are made of wood with single glass to be restored.
